Pozi the Hippy Clown

Success means nothing without giving back

Greg is often seen performing at many community events, festivals, corporate functions, and other charitable events as his alter ego, Pozi the Hippy Clown. Greg is actually a professional circus clown and Director of the Aladdin Shrine Clown Unit.

Recognized as one of the best Shrine clown units in North America, the Aladdin Shrine Clowns are the most visible unit of the Shrine organization and are responsible for promoting public awareness and fund raising for the twenty-two Shrine hospitals that provide medical and burn treatment to children regardless of the family’s ability to pay. As one of the oldest and largest philanthropies in the world, the Shiners’ Hospitals spend nearly three quarters of a billion dollars ($750,000,000.00) per year treating children for a variety of conditions in addition to burns.

Greg is a graduate of the Red Skelton Clown School at Vincennes University, Clown Town, and the Aladdin Shrine Clown apprentice training program. He is a member of the World Clown Association, Face Painting & Body Art Association, Balloon HQ, International Shrine Clown Association, and the Great Lakes Shrine Clown Units Association; He also attends seminars and training programs on a regular basis. He also competes in, and has won awards in many clown competitions. Balloons, face painting, and fun are his specialties. However, giving back to the community is his passion!

Remember, if you know of a child in need of medical services, please contact Greg at (614) 679-7158 for a referral.
